This report of a malfunctioning streetlight / decorative street lamp has been forwarded to the attention of staff in the Engineering Department so that they can investigate and coordinate any needed repairs with the responsible vendor, thank you.

Lights were noted out previously and a repair ticket has been submitted. Warehouse inventory has been depleted and we are awaiting a delivery of new fixtures to resolve this ticket.
