Condemnable pPier badly in need of repai or replacement Supporting piers have rotted through, making the structure unsound and unsafe
Multiple loose boats tiedto this location Trash and debris has been thrown in the water to create makeshift walkway to the pier
ay Abandoned sailboat now being used as a transient apartment and bathroom Garbage cans placed here by the transients now overflowing and blowing around the park, and on private nearby property
