Area is getting worse. Not a recycling area. Area is used for a throwing away trash.

Trash everyday. Noise 24hrs from this site. This site is a nuisance.

I pushed the Store to have the donation bins removed and that helped some but honestly it's like a garbage dump. The recycle bins needs to be moved to an open more transparent area. I am afraid to walk the path in the area because it isn't safe. Please do something about this, it's apparent that it's not working having these bins where people aren't held accountable.

Thanks you for persistence on the removal of the donation bins. I have spoke with the COA waste management, counsilmen/councilwoman, Smith's and the Mayors office for years about it and have never made any progress. Thank you.

Yes of course, but I think this is a huge problem still and will keep at it. It brings people who are hanging around, there's mattresses, garbage etc... We plan on taking pictures and reporting it as well as the bins need to be moved where they can be watched. One time we went to donate and there was a person inside the bins. It's not safe, I can no longer walk the path alone as you come across all sorts of stuff and the Graffitti is new. The manager was new at Smiths and she was very instrumental in helping me. I can't go in because of Covid, but maybe she could help get these moved as well?

Just Shared with the Mayor and Governor, I know it's low on their list of issues, however, seriously it's gotten bad. There's graffitti on the walk path, mattress. My husband went two days ago to drop off recycles and there was a man in the bin. I kid you NOT! It's becoming a safety issue. This is a walkway for many to the store, I see Seniors walking to get Groceries, yet it's not safe for them.

I walked between Smiths/Ace and there was evidence of a campfire between the stores. The mess is bigger than ever. What is it going to take to fix this? Please let me know? I contacted, Corporate, the Store Manager, Head of 311, Numerous Reports, Big Brother.

I have also contacted city, county, district reps, COA Waste management and Kroger/Smith's for years and nobody seems to care. Maybe the media next?

The Big Brother Bins need to be removed. They always cause a mess and are not 100% Non Profit as they would lead people to believe. Smiths has let the area become disgusting behind the store. Broken glass etc.. They do have a huge sign up that says violators will be prosecuted, but as long as those bins are there, the mess will follow. How much begging can we do. I have even called Big Brothers, spoken to the head of #311. If Smiths was fined for the mess, it would change the Scenario. I also contacted Krogers Corporate.
