The Police Dept,. is asleep at the switch once again.

Go down Collins St. towards the hospital when it its dark...HEAVY pushing activity out in the open, plus tons of expensive out-of-state cars (Bentlleys, BMW's and such) looking entirely out of place...because they are. (Is anyone home???)
