Description

DWSD deliberately flooding our entire block since May makes our foundations soggy and our yards are caving in. perhaps when you put that fire hydrant in last June you should have put a drain in too, because water has to climb the entire block up to Scripps St to get to the 1st catch basin. There are 8 of us down here you are destroying our homes
