Thank you. I just moved in to this area and don’t know the owner. I was told by another neighbor that he lives out of state. Two contractors have expressed interest in buying it to fix and flip. I’d appreciate staying anonymous if possible though.

The owner of this property lives out of state. Code Enforcement has attempted to contact them unsuccessfully. This case will be forwarded to the City Council.
