Block of Winthrop Ave. between Chapel and Edgewood has large groups of teenagers, playing loud, sometimes offensive music. Gunshots were heard before midnight, 9/16. Young women with small children were outside at this time of night.This is frightening, and the same kind of activity that set the stage for the shootings we had here during the summer.
