Description

There is a fire hydrant on the property at Edgewater Gardens condo between #s 38 & 40. The space in front of the hydrant is supposed to be empty for access to the hydrant. A black SUV with no license plate on the front frequently backs into and parks in this space in front of the hydrant. Sometimes for more than one day. Property management has been notified several times and nothing has been done. Since it is blocking the hydrant, is this a matter for Holyoke Police? Or is this a property management issue with parking enforcement?
