when the Fuel4 gas station is busy, traffic flow becomes a complete mess and is dangerous because vehicles are entering and exiting at odd angles to traffic on both 14th and grove, often in reverse. traffic flow should be enforced such that westbound 14th is the only legal entrance, and southbound grove st is the only legal exit.

So it's been a year and nothing has happened.
The g Grove St driveway needs DO NOT ENTER signage and maybe some delineators so folks who are exiting aren't cutting across lanes to traffic to make a right on to 14th street
