The barrier around the trees appears to be support for the young trees to keep the roots secure, during the winter months.
Hahaha!! Of course it is to support the trees obviously. However the question was not answered. How can this poorly constructed eyesore that blocks the tree wells be allowed? And the growing weeds in the well will kilz the tree roots. The well needs to be maintained or the tree will di
We've all seen trees throughout the city that need extra support. Normally it's a stick;post on each side of the tree tied with cord to stabilize it. But this contraption, is something else! Apparently acceptable 🤷♀️.
Submit it under "Trees". Hopefully someone from Parks and Forestry can access the damage that is being caused by their contraption. And have a proper post to stabilize the tree. Because the weeds will kill the new tree. Code Compliance has no clue about trees.
Goodluck
File under "Trees", parks and forestry. They will be able to properly access the tree and any damage caused by the contraption. Code Compliance is unqualified for trees. Good luck
