Once again the truly MISERABLE online system for paying municipal taxes is not functioning: impossible to log in ("invalid credentials") and a notice informing one that the fifth rate website has been undergoing "maintenance" for the last week. Sic! This is a scandal. You should fire the vendor and start from scratch -- again!
