Description

traffic signal going westbound Portola Valley to southbound higley is not working. I actually don't believe the westbound sensor is working at all anymore. This is causing people to cross anyway when it's red causing a very dangerous situation. There is going to be a major accident there some day unless the issue is fixed. I have personally seen multiple cycles go through without the light turning green at all. I can instead turn right and make a u-turn, and the light still does not turn green.
