Now November 8 -- no action on abandoned vehicle

Since initially spotted now approaching five+ (5+). yes, five months, this clearly abandoned vehicle still sits idle, unmoved lacking license plates. The issue reported multiple times, cited cy parking enforcement, remains unresolved. The lack of meaningful action is outrageous and inexcusable. Consider, would you find it acceptable for an abandoned vehicle sat parked by your home for 5+ months?
