Did Chris do something wrong to you, or are you just so miserable that you have nothing better to do than tell on others?
Well, now we are going to watch you like a hawk, and we are going to contact the police every time you do anything that is even remotely illegal. EVERYONE unwittingly breaks the law every day.
To avoid this perpetual omen, you can simply have this reported issue closed, and then contact Chris and tell him that his toolshed is on city property. Yeah, it's time to put on your big-boy pants and be a man.
