Also a vehicle at 4922 w grace.A SUV from Michigan.Has been living here 2 years and never purchased Illinois plates or city stickers.Thank you so much. The problem is they are only here at night and nobody ever checks them.

Same issues going on after 5 years.These people have lived here 5 years and don't have to buy Illinois plates or city stickers for Chicago.I'd like to save all that money too!!!
