This intersection is extremely dangerous for pedestians due to speeding traffic that flys around blind turns. There are many pedestrians in the area walking to and from the school and the library as well as dog walkers. Speeding traffic cutting through this neighborhood between Sherwood Hall and Rte 1 poses a danger to these pedestrians.

There are already two speed humps on this road. And it's not a cut through for Rt. 1 and Sherwood Hall Lane, unless of course you have all the time in the world to negotiate the speed humps, stop signs, and curves. Then of course, it's the least efficient cut through ever. Sounds more like it's the folks in their own neighborhood blaring through.
I've driven this street many times in the morning and evening. This is not a real problem here.
