Q. Please describe the issue
A. Owner's of this address have a small dog that is left outside from 6am to 10 or 11pm daily The dog barks constantly ,non-stop all day long and runs loose throughout the neighborhood relieving itself on adjacent neighbor's lawns, as well as barking at and terrorizing pedestrians and those walking their dogs on-leash.
