Nothing has been solved with these properties. When can I expect to hear progress on enforcing the codes. No visit was made to inspect to my knowledge

I will forward this to code enforcement. It is a legal issue and it takes time to correct because most of overgrown lots were foreclosed at one time or another and is private property and trying to get in touch with property/development companies from out of state takes time through legal channels such as certified letters, etc. Thank you for reporting.

Don't bother with Code Enforcement. He won't come to inspect the lots in person. He looked at Google Earth in order to tell me all kinds of reasons he is completely useless. There is broken concrete dumped on the lot, which he said was rocks and they can have rocks on their property. The lots have become a dumping ground for the neighborhood's unwanted stuff because no one is maintaining it. When I stressed concern about the rodents and the fact that something attacked my cat who had to be put down. He said the city gives free rat poisoning. He said empty lots are expected to return to their natural state and natural to him is an overgrown dumping ground covered in rodents. (Rats, possum, armadillo) oh and snakes.
I understand a title company owns the property, but if they would forclose on them I would gladly buy the lots.
