Beschreibung

The issue is not necessarily a sidewalk repair as it is a sidewalk hazard. Water dripping off the roof of the building that abuts 17 Kirk St. This an ongoing issue which has never been repaired by the owner and many people have injured themselves in this area.

Issue ID: 1381750.. Another reporter reported this during the Festival of Lights event under the preceding Issue ID mentioned at the start of this post. Claims people are falling on the ICE.

This has been referred to the Department of Panning & Deveelopment Code Enforcement Division. They have spoken to the building owner and he has stated that he will get the downspout repaired.
