Description
If City Marshall Brandon Corbitt actually did his job and actually enforced the City Ordinance that requires the business/property owner to have a several trash cans here this trash would be in a trash can.
But he seems to be more concerned allowing the business/property owners to get away with this and closing these reported violations out with no action. Just a “.” or a thanks.
His failure to enforce the City Ordinance led to Valdosta Stormwater Management to use Ciry Employees and Resources to clean up the private property during the “Love your river” mandatory cleanup.
This spot cant afford to be neglected for another year for the Stormwater team to come out and clean up.
Come on Mark Barber….these are your “professionals” doing a disservice to the community

This is on you City Marshalls for choosing not to enforce the City Ordinance
. Code enforcement is complaint based. Citizens are doing their job by reporting it.
YOU’RE NOT DOING YOUR JOB ENFORCING OR FIXING IT!

Carlton this is the SAME City Ordinance on the E. Park Avenue that You and Winston Williams have been ignoring and trying to force close several times as no violation.
3 of you City Marshalls are deliberately NOT ENFORCING this City Ordinance and it’s been ignored for years. Your doing a disservice to your community by choosing not to enforce this ordinance.
You all work so much harder to openly and deliberately to NOT enforce this City Ordinance.

That litter doesn’t stay in that private property parking lot. It dumps into the creek merely feet away from the parking lot boundary and then fills the river.
By NOT enforcing this City Ordinance YOU ARE RUINING YOUR COMMUNITY
This is where it goes. City Marshalls need to do their part of Code Enforcement to stop this!

Notified of the litter or trash cans? Or both?
Because the PRIMARY complaint and violation that is repeatedly brought up and ignored is the missing trash cans per city ordinance.
Secondary repeated issue is the litter.
