Description

The intersection of Spruce, Myrtle, and Church is an unwalkable mess due to construction, as is the area of Asylum and Union Place. What is the reasoning for tearing up all sides at the same time and making our commutes virtually impossible to navigate? There is no pedestrian detour. The only way to pass is to walk in the street, which puts vulnerable users at risk.

How exactly does this fit into Hartford's One City, One Plan?
