Herion dealing has been curtailed. Neighbors complained and complained, Two people were arrested
in Pleasant/ barlow area. Neighbors its up to all of us who live in Fall River report illegal activity,
such as child abuse, drug dealing, leaving children under 12 yrs alone with no food.

Same guy they busted is right back at it again. He's calmed down on the outside hand to hands and is now getting picked up in the general area around Zim's. Its hard for me to get photos as I do not hang out there for extended periods of time and he generally scoots off when I come around but it is happening.
