I've noticed this problem, too, whenever I walk to the El or walk my dog around the neighborhood. It's really troubling. I wish whoever the developer is hurries up and gets his permits straight and starts work back up ASAP.

Lots of families living near here. Apparently nobody has secured this place well enough that it's turned into a drug house. This place needs to be sealed!!!!

Call L&I everyone on this blog, get your coworkers as well, tell the City and 911 the squatters are using candles for light. Find out if there is eLectricity if yes even better, then say using space heaters. Lie say a small fire was put out. Say you heard a baby crying. You mix kids, space heaters,candle use in an open structure you get results. Make a call somewhere outside but whisper when talking telling the city employee "you think people are sleep now." Always make it sound worst than it may be. You want results.

PennDOT was made aware of the tent city on their property which is slated to become a heavy construction zone by March with the tear-down/rebuild of I-95 and the relocation of Richmond Street. A petition was also circulated across all of 19125. The tent city should be gone and I've seen no new camping activity at the site. If there's been any new developments, please open a new SCF ticket in case the campers come back.
