I have called the nom-emergency police number about this every single day for the last week and nothing has changed. Thanks for trying to do something fellow neighbor.

They are aggressive and disgusting, using our street as a toilet.

What happened to the daily sweeps by police? Have the sit/lie laws changed?

Please do call the nonemergency police as well. 415-553-0123. They may be dismissive, but the more of us that do it the more likely it is to be fixed and for these people to get the help they need. This is actually what the police chief said to do when he attended community meetings. I will keep calling and encourage other neighbors to as well.

I have posted about this everyday for several weeks. Seems calling police is more effective. They actually came out and cleared some homeless the other night, but they just returned later. I hope the more they get moved along the less they'll want to stay. Please let's all keep calling
