to 91 Hyde Street: Let's see, how far back should I go? to the vicious rottweillers? to the drum playing at all hours of the night? to the trash in the back yard? to the construction rubbage that was piled high in front of the house (you were fined for this, right?); to the way you parked you old truck on the property line so neighbors with small children had a hard time getting to their home (you dont own the street and didnt have the right to do this); to the way you do not shovel the snow and ice in the winter (guess you're not that worried about wheel chairs and strollers). If the bike bothered you (not sure why it would) why didnt you approach us? on our small street (6 houses) no one has a wheelchair and the one child in a stroller loves the bike and insists on walking by it to look at it and touch it. I agree that it shouldnt be on the sidewalk but there was no room in the drive with the boat, which is now gone. It will be parked in the drive, but, again, why do you care? This didn't impact you in any way, Angelo (Tom). We will keep an eye on your sidewalk this winter - better be clear for the wheel chairs and strollers!

When I originally created the ticket I clicked on 91 Hyde, if this caused confusion, I apologize. I suppose I meant the house next door. I don't know how it snowballed into you blaming your neighbor with whom you seem to have quite a tasty fued going. Blocking a sidewalk is blocking a sidewalk, it doesn't matter if no one on your block has a wheelchair or stroller, it's city property, you don't own it, plus you can park in the street diagonally. Maybe you can blame the neighbor when you get a ticket, but I don't think so. I'm kind of happy that I opened this blame shifting can of worms, now I know what kind of people live in my neighborhood.

77 hyde st is the sidewalk-hog/motorcycle offender. every day for the past week, i've had to uneasily steer around it with 2 children and the baby in the stroller. i am careful to tell the children repeatedly not to touch the bike, as even though it's parked there illegally, touching it/knocking it over is also illegal. there was plenty of room in the driveway, that 2x6 spot to the left of your front door is always empty. and if you really care about that motorcycle, which is really beautiful by the way, you'd park it in the driveway, or even on the lawn, as far away from kids/pedestrians/dogwalkers as possible! and for the record, tons of kids walk by your house to and from school (nathan hale) every day, and there are 4 baby strollers and 2 wheelchairs on our street! just because you don't know who they are doesn't mean they don't exist/have the right of way. get the bike of the sidewalk.

I guess it's resolved, I haven't walked by there in a while, plus it's winter, so you win, sidewalk hog... i take the kids to school a different route.

I haven't been down that street in a while, i honestly don't know if it was fixed
