Description
Right now, the streets downtown (even before the rain) are in a very poor state. The construction crews are not doing a good job closing their holes. (They are doing a very bad job.)
The intersection of North 4th and I st, where they tore up the road across I St (just west of 4th), is a major hazard to vehicles and bikes. Further west to the round-about at I St - North 5th St - Salado is a nightmare for vehicles. Again, this was before the rains came. The patch job began falling apart within hours of them putting it down. That just names two really bad spots.

Who allows the terrible work that is being done to happen?
I decided to drive up Salado yesterday and I just couldn't believe the two round abouts, in front of the post office and in front of Sacred Heart Church. They were both hazzardous and damaging to cars.
Maybe the city should put up signs for safe ways to get around town.
