Has this been addressed? It’s such and eyesore and so dangerous! It’s falling apart and is being used for garbage storage.

The Division of Transportation Planning has not received a renewal application for a parklet at this location. The business has been issued a summons and requested to remove the parklet by the Office of Code Compliance.

The Parklet has been removed.
