Description

Icy streets on the 5th Street off ramp into downtown St. Paul from 94W. This happens regulations and I would think that the sanding/salting crew would think to address these types of streets first. Nothing had been laid down on the street by 8:30 am this morning and I was going under the speed limits by 10 mph and I slid for over 50 feet. Prior to this I had driven in Minneapolis and other suburbs and get had addressed their streets much better. Has been a recurring issue for years that St Paul underperforms it's peer cities and the suburbs in the area of winter street management.
