I am also filing complaint regarding the green light installed at 11445 - 4th St. E. It is set too high above the water to be effective attracting fish, the owner admits he runs it dusk to dawn and is unresponsive to requests to adjust it downward in the water and minimize the time it's run. It's a public nuisance and we have to close the blinds every evening all night long, yet it still illuminates our bedroom.

Issue is still not resolved. Light is still pointing directly at the back of our homes.
