Description

The block of Boyer between Fisher and New Bern constantly has loads of people loitering, using and selling drugs, littering on the street and over the fence which is causing pest control and rodent issues. It is very unsafe. Please help to clean up this area and patrol it appropriately. There are major safety concerns here.
