Again, and again, when the management is treating the city as trash this building should be condemned is full of trash. They leave the dumpsters on the sidewalk and no one can walk on them. They probably should get less trashy Tennant, but they also should monitor their property to allowed everyone else in the city to leave the city. Please fine mandy management as much as you can. This is totally unacceptable. Thank you.
