Great can’t wait to hear the findings, most lights are every other house, there are 5 houses in between these two lights. Not great for a busy street like Kellogg. We have brought it up in the past and have been told there are two separate agencies that are in charge of street lights there and no one wants to take responsibility for the empty section.
