Sharraxaadda

I think I've seen the construction crew at this site a total of maybe 15 times, and I live a block away. Did they run out of cash, or just decide they'll just come back next fall? What looked like a pretty straight forward project (from the eyes of a 20 year heavy construction veteran) they seem to have moved at a snails pace and now stalled altogether. With the impending weather I understand some of the hold up, but next to nothing has been accomplished in the last 4 months now. Can we get some sort of update from the City on what is going on here and what the schedule is? Thousands of people live atop the hill, and when the roads get icy Columbus Ave is our best chance at getting up the hill, as all the other roads off Hanover Rd are much steeper.
