---To Councilman Rainville and the Caretakers of Ward 3,

I hope you are by now aware that the Moose Bar & Grill and Spring Street Tavern (356 and 355 Monroe St NE, respectively) have escalated into dual threats to public safety in the Saint Anthony East neighborhood.

These bars are frequented at all hours of the day, night, and weekend by Hell's Angels and all those associated. The violence, unrestrained motorcycle racing and deafening noise, illegal parking and loading, health and accessibility code violations, and general disorderly conduct in public (littering, urinating, drugs), are absolutely ridiculous to allow in a residential neighborhood with families and regully responsibilitobs.

These bars have made this area totally unsafe and undesirable. For years now this has gone completely unchecked by the MPD. What will it take for a city official to take action on their countless public safety violations? Is a point-blank Hells Angels shooting inside the bar enough?
