说明

I was walking my dog here last week he suddenly started limping as we walked by these electrical transformers or whatever they are. I reached down and touched him and I felt a shock jolt through my arm. And it continued for a little ways as we were passing it. Today it happened again but it was worse. I got quite a shock when I touched him And it went right through up to my shoulder. As we got past this it stopped. He was no longer limping and I wasn’t getting a shock when I touched him. Leads me to believe there is some residual voltage escaping into the ground somehow. This is Along the path that runs parallel to the transmission lines
