This is going to fall on someone

This pole does not belong to Huntsville Utilities, it belongs to AT&T. They have been contacted and do plan on replacing this pole.

Regardless of who owns this pole, this is still a danger to people in the neighborhood. Safety for citizens should be driving HSV city to pursue AT&T to fix the problem.
