Traffic light is useless to pedestrians crossing Baltimore Ave. Often changes too quickly--blink and you miss it. Children use this intersection to cross to a bus stop. And self-absorbed motorists are constantly speeding through the yellow and going through red. How about a camera to catch the jerks and better timing to help pedestrians cross this dangerous bit of road?
