To the author, assuming that you live at Avalon Cove, please consider contacting the leasing office. They are saying that I am the first one to have mentioned this, etc.

Totally agree. And while JC is sending us to this site, my other complaint for this same thing ended with some dude asking us to call JCPD... really nice... just pushing us around until we get bored... which I would like to do if it wouldn't be for the consistent torment...

Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and is causing. No one is working after hours; the noise you hear after hours is from the pumps pumping water out of the chamber so that the work may continue. This project is estimated to finish within the next 2 months. Again, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused but this will be a significant upgrade to the sewer infrastructure.

The original author is saying exactly that, that their equipment is operating after hours, 24/7 for days in a row, sometimes. So your point is moot. They also do (loud) maintenance of that equipment that runs 24/7 at various hours at night or during the weekend, if that counts as work.

I don't think there was any question.
This is a report of an issue which has been there for months since summer, is still going on and according to your own words, will continue until February, unless it'll be March, April or May etc.
The issue has not been solved and should still be open until it is solved.

I understand that the construction would need to use the pumps to pump water out. However, it is the pump that makes a consistent and loud noise which makes it possible for us to sleep if it keeps running during the night. If the machine is working after hours, it is even worse that people working after hours from our perspective. I am wondering whether it is possible to aviods using that during the late night.

Seriously, is the pump going to work day and night till Christmas?

Didn’t you hear the great news from JCMUA that your problem is not a problem? Problem solved miraculously.

Are there quieter pumps?

Can you at least try to not operate the pump over night, this drive people crazy

this is sunny day, why does the pumps still keep operating? Leave it operating overnight is already a terrible thing for the residents who live nearby
