As I keep seeing these posts about the water issue.
I wonder how the builder was able to construct an oversize house and no money was required to develop and install a drainage system in that part of town.
I thought about 50 years ago the town looked into redoing the paving in that area but found it was unacceptable to take over cause there was no stormwater drainage.
Yet now the town is issuing permits to build mansion without making the builder fix the water runoff.
Let's not talk about the water runoff is suppose to remain on the property
