It’s not about getting along. It’s not a personal issue with anybody. It’s a difference in opinion regarding the span of control of the homeowners association and a separation between the homeowners association and the Town of Gilbert. HOA CC&Rs are enforceable by the HOA per the CC&Rs. Laws are enforceable by the Town of Gilbert. When the two mix in the way they did with the no parking signs it sets a concerning precedent. All that’s being asked is the Town of Gilbert follow their standards created by traffic engineers instead of allowing the HOA to make decisions for the Town of Gilbert. There’s a difference between getting along and just nodding your head to everything the HOA does even if you disagree with it.
