Is there is process or a way to request a hearing to have the no parking signs removed on Cullumber between Lindsay and Concord? Can the town engineering accept a request or does it need to go through the municipal court? The street is wide and the signs aren't required by the town standards They were put up by the town at request of the HOA without input from homeowners Some of the streets in the neighborhood are very narrow, but Cullumber isn't The signs are causing neighbor disputes and speeding issues Can a town traffic engineer come evaluate Cullumber between Lindsay and Concord to see it doesn't fall within Gilbert's standards to have no parking signs on half the street?
