Sounded like all kinds of glass being broken up at this location. Is there a safety issue ? Lots of computers and Junk all the time

Owner of the property has been issued two Civil Municipal Infractions, #1, Creating and maintaining a nuisance #2, Scrapping of materials in a residential zoning district. I also involved the Iowa DNR and the owner is going to receive a final letter of warning from them for scrapping out of CRT's in violation of Iowa and Federal Law..
