Service request 179941111 has been closed and it has been determined that a left turn signal is not warranted at the intersection of Moreland and Hardee ST for the northbound or southbound direction. This request was made earlier this year, with a count and study performed in late January 2017 and again this month. An inspection of the intervals in the AM and PM peak hours show no increase in southbound or northbound turn volumes. The current volume of turns at this intersection along with the low crash rate are sufficiently below the levels of warranting a turn signal light at this intersection.
