Description

there are dead and split trees at the top of pleasant street / walnut street next to the masonry wall . These trees are compromised and appear to be rotted- this poses a significant risk to children and parents accessing school and walking in this vicinity . One such tree did fall across pleasant street over a week ago. Since then other trees are compromised and are ready to fall.
