This fence. It's disgusting and I've emailed the drug tipline about the increased illegal activity here since the fence got knocked over by the plows pushing snow. There are sneakers hanging from the line (drug dealer open for business) and all the trash blows to the fence and people dispose of larger trash items here in this corner. It's been a dump zone. There has even been hypodermic needles found in this area and I've had a USED CONDOM blow into my driveway with the rest of the cities trash. No one should have to live like this ESPECIALLY if they buy purple trash bags!
