no one has acknowledged this problem according the the ticket.

The police continue to police the area...unfortunately the same group of 'adults' [and I use that term very loosely!] that sit on the North Avenue library wall ~ still use the properties that are adjacent to the library as their personal porta potties. It is a never ending battle for the police department. I call and/or complain quite frequently. These people just don't get it ~or just don't care. Their language befits what comes out of their rear ends. No stop, incessant filth ...Will keep posting until the problem ceases. I have been informed that I must videotape them actually using the bathroom....that should go over quite well don't you think!

A report has been submitted to Richmond Police to ask them to monitor for trespassing at this lot and the broken fence has been reported to Code Enforcement to inspect - a Real Time report can be submitted to Police Communications at 804-646-5100 and a description can be take before a unit is sent out with more immediate response -
