Description

I was stopped at a red light around 17th and Ludlow. This black sedan, PA Tag: JULY777, starts honking at me. I yelled back, "it's Philadelphia; it's the law."

The light turns green and the motorist, a black male in his late fifties to early sixties, continues to honk. Finally, he gets enough space to pass me. The passenger, a black women also in her late fifties to early sixties, yells back "get off the @#$% street."

Finally we're both stopped at the next stop light and she continues, "I'm going to get out @#$% you up; you don't know what I'm packing."

Finally, they continued going south and I turned right onto Walnut St.
