the roads on savin ave are horrible going towards the beach they city dug up the roads and its been weeks since they replace it and i was driving by there at nite and they have no stop signs where there are bumps in the road and one of my tires blew out and had to replace a tire which cost me 200 dollars and the car wasn't even mine. is there anything i can do about this the city should pay for the tire not me..i recently seen a few other incidents where other cars were pulled over to the road changing a flat. dont dig it up if your not gonna replace it netime soon winters right around the corner
