Description
Horrible traffic up and down prospect nw. .traffic coming thru at high speeds, ignoring stop signs. Cars stopping short, going into reverse, nearly hitting traffic behind them. Cars turning left EB onto Menaul, against traffic to avoid circle. Extremely poorly planned detour. Many children and elderly cross these streets all day. Saw many near miss accidents this afternoon.
