There is a new striping job done on the Doyle street between 45th and 47th. There are a few issues with the lines here.
The lanes are entirely too narrow to the point where drivers are confused and parking in the lanes.
On 45th and Doyle coming to the Stop signs in several directions the lanes veer to one side right before the stop sign which is unnatural and makes for awkward turning.
There has been parking spaces placed in the hash in the middle of the street near 47th and Doyle. This area is directly in the middle of two parking lot outlets. There is a corner that leads into this area and the parking space in the middle of the street obscure the view as you take the corner.
There is a children's gym here and many parents are coming in to pick up their children after dark, I often times have to drive very slowly because kids will be running around.
I worry with such narrow lanes, an oddly placed parking spot and confusing lane markers that someone will end up getting hurt here, even worse it could be a child.
I'd really advise someone to take a look at this!

Hello, this is still a concerning issue.
The lanes here are entirely too narrow. There a section of this road where there is not enough room for two cars traveling in opposite directions. People need to drive in the middle of both lanes just to avoid cars parked on the street.
The angled lanes at 45th and Doyle are incredibly awkward and cause odd turning radiuses when you go through the intersection.
Is there street width and lane codes that need to be followed? This street is dangerous.
Again there is a concern here that with all the children coming out of the nearby gym and the incredibly narrow lanes that someone could be hurt.
Please take a look at this street.

Please see the following photo which shows there is not enough space on this road for two lanes due to the addition of the bike lane.
If there is a code, this is not up to it. Very dangerous passage way for children coming out of the gym.
